- Fluent English speaker (Neutral or native-like accent preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred)
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching children (ages 4-13) online
