What is included in a private session at New Grasp?
Each private session is a one-to-one live English class tailored to your child’s level and goals. The teacher focuses on speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, and grammar using interactive curriculum, games, and real-life activities. After every session, you receive a progress report with specific feedback and recommendations.
How long is each private session, and how often are they held?
Each private session lasts 25 minutes. The sessions are held twice a week. Our academic team helps you select the best plan for consistent progress.
Who teaches the private sessions?
Private sessions are taught by qualified, experienced English teachers, both native and bilingual professionals trained in TPR, gamification, and whole-brain teaching. All teachers are carefully selected to ensure your child feels supported, confident, and motivated.
Can I reschedule a private session if my child can’t attend?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 8 hours before the class time directly from your dashboard. If you miss a class without prior notice, it will be marked as attended, as teachers reserve that slot for your child.
Do you have any branches?
No. New Grasp does not have any physical branches or in-person locations.
We are a fully online English academy for kids, and all classes are conducted live online.
Our Cairo office is for administrative purposes only and is not open for student visits.
Can students attend classes physically?
No. All classes at New Grasp are 100% online.
Students attend sessions live with their teachers from home. We do not offer any in-person or hybrid classes.
Is New Grasp licensed?
Yes. New Grasp is a registered educational service provider in Egypt.
We operate under an official commercial registration and tax registration, providing online English education services for children.
