Refund Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Effective Date: 26 November 2024<\/strong><\/p>

This refund policy clarifies your rights regarding refunds and rescheduling requests, in alignment with our general Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

1. Refund Period<\/strong><\/h2>

  • For 1-month and 3-month subscriptions<\/strong>: Refunds are available for unused sessions<\/strong> within the first 7 days<\/strong> of the subscription start date.<\/p><\/li>

  • For 6-month and 12-month subscriptions<\/strong>: Refunds are available for unused sessions<\/strong> within the first 50 days<\/strong> of the subscription start date.<\/p><\/li>

  • After the refund period ends, no refunds will be issued. Learners may continue with their remaining sessions until the subscription expires.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Refund Requests<\/strong><\/h2>

    • Refund requests must be submitted via email to parentcare@newgrasp.com<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0with the subject line \u201cCourse Cancellation\u201d<\/strong> before the refund period ends.<\/p><\/li>

    • Refunds apply only to unused sessions.<\/p><\/li>

    • If the academy cancels a session and cannot assign a substitute teacher, the session will either be rescheduled or refunded.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Group Closures<\/strong><\/h2>

      • The academy reserves the right to close a group if one or more members withdraw.<\/p><\/li>

      • In such cases, 100% of the remaining unused sessions will be refunded to the remaining participants.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Refund Processing<\/strong><\/h2>

        • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

        • If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at parentcare@newgrasp.com<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Cancellations, Absences, and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>

          • Each student may cancel or reschedule up to two (2) sessions per month<\/strong> without penalty, provided notice is given at least 8 hours<\/strong> in advance.<\/p><\/li>

          • Any cancellations or absences beyond this limit will result in the session being deducted from the student\u2019s balance and considered non-refundable.<\/p><\/li>

          • Missed sessions cannot be carried over to the following month.<\/p><\/li>

          • Rescheduled sessions are subject to teacher and schedule availability.<\/p><\/li>

          • Cancellations made within less than 8 hours will result in the session being deducted.<\/p><\/li>

          • If a teacher cancels and a suitable substitute is not available, the session will not be deducted.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Freeze Policy<\/h2>

            • Students may freeze their subscription once within every 6-month period<\/strong>, for a maximum of two (2) weeks<\/strong> only.<\/p><\/li>

            • Additional freeze requests will not be accepted.<\/p><\/li>

            • Any missed sessions beyond the allowed freeze period will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Teacher Cancellations<\/h2>

              • If a teacher cancels a session, a substitute teacher will be assigned.<\/p><\/li>

              • If the substitute is declined by the user, two alternative time slots will be offered to make up the session.<\/p><\/li>

              • If neither option is accepted by the parent within 24 hours, the session will automatically remain open for future rescheduling and will not be deducted.<\/li>

              • If the session is not rescheduled, it will not be deducted from the user\u2019s balance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Late Arrival and Absences<\/h2>

                • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Teachers will remain present in the classroom for the full duration of the session.<\/p><\/li>

                • Any missed time due to late arrival or technical issues on the user\u2019s side will not be compensated, extended, or rescheduled.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
