The Right Starting Point Matters

Is Level 6 the right level for your child?

Children do not need to start a level simply because of their age or school grade. New Grasp uses a live assessment to identify the most suitable starting point within our curriculum.

1

Book the Free Assessment

Your child meets one of our teachers in a friendly 20–25 minute live one-to-one session.

2

We Recommend the Starting Level

We review your child's current skills and identify the best place to begin inside the New Grasp curriculum.

3

Choose the Learning Program

Once the level is confirmed, you choose the program and subscription duration that fit your child.

What Your Child Will Build

Advanced fluency, deeper thinking and confident expression

Level 6 develops advanced reading, vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking and spelling skills, preparing learners to understand sophisticated English and communicate ideas with greater maturity and independence.

📖

Reading

Analyse and interpret a wider range of texts, identify deeper meaning, make connections and support understanding with information from the text.

💬

Speaking

Express and defend ideas clearly, explain complex thoughts, participate in deeper discussion and communicate with increasing fluency and precision.

🎧

Listening

Understand more detailed spoken English, follow extended explanations and identify key information, viewpoints and meaning during interaction.

🧠

Vocabulary

Build broader academic and real-world vocabulary for discussion, research, literature and increasingly sophisticated topics.

✏️

Grammar

Develop stronger control of advanced sentence structures and subtle grammar patterns and apply them more accurately in meaningful communication.

🔤

Spelling

Strengthen spelling accuracy and word recognition as learners work with broader academic and advanced vocabulary.

How Learning Works

Live teaching, practice & continuous progress

Level 6 is taught through live private lessons supported by New Grasp's online learning experience.

  • Two live private English lessons each week
  • 25 or 55-minute private sessions depending on the selected program
  • Interactive teacher-led reading, speaking and language practice
  • Online activities and practice between lessons
  • Speaking workshops included in selected programs
  • Progress visible through the Parent Dashboard

A structured curriculum, not random lessons

Level 6 builds advanced language through a connected learning sequence. Reading, grammar, vocabulary and communication skills are developed across increasingly complex topics so learners become more independent, accurate and confident users of English.

81 curriculum lessons describes the complete Level 6 curriculum content. The length of each live private lesson depends on the learning program selected by the family.
