Refund Policy

By using New Grasp Academy services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy:


Payment and Subscription Start

The subscription is confirmed and its duration starts from the date the payment is successfully completed.

No lesson will be booked or attended before payment is completed.

Completing the payment is considered full acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.


Subscription Duration and Use of Lessons

Lessons are provided within a fixed subscription period: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

Lessons are linked to the subscription duration, not only to the number of lessons.

All lessons expire at the end of the subscription period, whether they have been used or not.

No lesson may be used after the subscription period ends under any circumstances.

Failure to start lessons or select lesson times does not pause or extend the subscription period.


Scheduling and Commitment

Lesson times are selected only from the available times provided by the Academy.

If lesson times are not selected, or if the available times are rejected, the subscription period will continue without any adjustment.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for selecting lesson times and committing to them.


Official Academy Holidays

If New Grasp Academy announces an official Academy holiday, such as Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, lessons will be paused during the holiday period, and the subscription period will be extended only by the number of officially announced holiday days.

Holiday days are not compensated with extra lessons or alternative lesson times. The student will resume lessons after the holiday according to their regular schedule.

Official Academy holidays are not considered a reason for any refund, as the student’s right is preserved by extending the subscription period by the same number of holiday days.

The subscription will not be extended due to any personal holidays or circumstances related to the student or parent, except in the case of an approved freeze in accordance with the Freeze Policy.


Refund Policy

Monthly and 3-month subscriptions:
A refund may be requested for the value of unused lessons within the first 7 days from the subscription start date, if the parent does not wish to continue the subscription after initially trying it.

6-month and 12-month subscriptions:
A refund may be requested for the value of unused lessons within the first 50 days from the subscription start date.

This refund right applies only to the customer’s first subscription with the Academy.

Refunds apply only to unused lessons.

This right may not be used as a way to delay the start of lessons or keep the subscription unused.

Failure to start lessons or select lesson times does not pause or extend the subscription period, and does not affect the calculation of the refund period.

After the refund period ends, no refund will be provided.


Attendance and Rescheduling

Up to two lessons per month may be rescheduled, provided that the Academy is notified at least 8 hours before the lesson time.

Rescheduling is only available within the same subscription period.

Rescheduling does not extend the subscription period.

In case of absence or late cancellation, the lesson will be counted and cannot be compensated or refunded.


Freeze Policy

A subscription may be frozen once only every 6 months, for a maximum period of two weeks.

The freeze request must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

The subscription will be extended only by the number of approved freeze days.

The freeze cannot be used as an alternative to delaying lessons or extending the subscription outside the stated conditions.


Conduct During Lessons

Respectful behaviour must be maintained during lessons by both the student and the parent or legal guardian.

If inappropriate behaviour is repeated, the Academy has the right to stop the lesson or terminate the subscription.
